Add trait to checkout the reference spec of the target branch of the pull request. This feature is useful when you want to run a git changelog in your pipeline to track changes.
This trait was designed for the needs of the SonarQube scanner, target branch reference specs must be available to figure out what sonar problem the new code is causing.
