Commit Message

Add api.v1.logout endpoint

Test coverage in http_tests.py at TestAuthentication#test_logout. Logout
route clears the entire JSON web token cookie. If cookies aren't used,
the client can log themselves out by clearing their state tracking the
authorization token.
