Test warnings produced while parsing MANIFEST.in

Improves test coverage and ensures I've hooked up the warn() method
correctly.

(I also planned to test the hookup of the error() method, but, turns
out, it's never called by TextFile directly -- instead users of TextFile
inside distutils call it to report other kinds of errors.)
