Commit Message

Add support for Python 2.6 by using unittest2

As a conditional import, this has to go below other imports in
order to satisfy E402 in PEP8.
We also have to add unittest2 to requirements-dev.txt. Note this
will install it for all python versions, not just Python 2.6
