Add automatic cleanup of dangling git lock files

When repo mirror init/sync fails, attempt to recover and
re-execute.
In particular if git reports some dangling locks in the repo error
stream, the locks are removed and the repo command re-executed.

This fixes issue https://github.com/guillon/repo-mirror/issues/1
