Rename an exception

Rename `TaskTimedOutException` to `TaskTimedOutError`. Do this simply for
consistency's sake. All exceptions in module `pulp_smash.exceptions` now end
with "Error." Test results do not change as a result of this commit.

Make this change now for two reasons:

* Pulp Smash will (hopefully) never be as obscure as it is now. The longer the
  wait before making a breaking change, the more painful that change will be.
* All the exceptions were just moved to `pulp_smash.exceptions`. If any user is
  fixing exception references as a result of that change, it seems easiest to
  make that user perform this change at the same time.
