Add RapidApp::Util::find_app_home() - smater Catalyst::Utils::home()

New utility function RapidApp::Util::find_app_home is a drop-in
replacement for Catalyst::Utils::home, which will try to find the pm
file with Module::Locate if the first try doesn't succeed. Like
Catalyst::Utils::home, calling this will NOT cause the app class to be
loaded...
