Add option to exclude from cleaning lib.dest directory (#7)

Added an List option named 'excludeFromClean'
to specify dependencies that should not be removed in lib.dest directory.
If some names are included in excludeFromClean,
directories (or files) that matches to the names will not be removed
on executing webResourceCopyBowerDepdencies task.
