added TypeScript type definitions to source

Previously ignored, the TypeScript definitions were dynamically pulled down using the TSD command line utility. However due to TSD's implementation & how TravisCI handles PR's (explained more in #109) this caused consistent build failures in TravisCI when PR's were submitted. This resolves that by including the type definitions within the source.
