Fix erroneous Style/IdenticalConditionalBranches cop warnings

RuboCop 0.36.0 introduced a new cop which reports code like the
following:

    if something
      puts ...
    else
      puts ...
    end

...telling you to extract the duplicated `puts` method call outside of
the conditional.

Since we generate a number of dummy `puts` statements when extracting
Ruby from a Slim template, update the implementation to use unique
method names.
