Improve efficiency of set operations in Dice

Argument order matters for set operations. This is abstracted by the set
operations in the Math utility class.

- Replaces replaces Guavas Sets.intersection with Math.intersection in
Dice. This should yield some performance improvement.

- Removes redudundant import of Guavas Set.union from CosineSimilarity.
This should not cause any performance difference as Math.union was
already used.

- Replaces manual argument swapping in Jaccard before applying Guavas
Sets.intersection with Math.intersection. This should not cause any
difference in performance.
