Load the 'VSGI.Server' dynamically

Take advantage of 'GLib.TypeModule' to load server implementations.

Rename 'soup' for 'http' to remain conform with changes introduced
by #148.

Provide 'VSGI.Server.set_application_callback' to set the callback after
the constructor has been called.

Assign 'GLib.Application' flags in a 'construct' statement.
