Merge branch 'master' into list-inputs

* master:
  Guard against missing input presets in embedded view.
  [TAV-496] Allow workflow file to be passed in to worker.
  Add documentation for the job_queue_name option.
  Silence the I18n deprecation notice in tests.
  Update tests to properly test all callback code.
  Allow configuration of the delayed_job queue name.
  Refactor to reuse code in the port_renderer.
  Ignore coverage directory.
  Add Coveralls integration to the tests.
  Add a travis badge to the readme.
  Make sure the tmp dir in the dummy app is present.
  Setup Travis-CI.
