Commit Message

Add check that the directory exist in #ensure_file.

File#open cannot open a file in a non-existing directory, therefore
must Cucumber::Formatter::Io#ensure_file check that the directory
of the output file exists. Fix the feature of #ensure_file by creating
the directory of the output file used.
