Commit Message

Use official syntax-spec interface to define the host interface

Formerly we were using an internal utility to generate the expander
from the syntax-spec grammar. We now do it using a syntax-spec macro
subform.

This also adds descriptions to the flow nonterminals which are used
in error messages.
