Modified the way Base Corporations are created and initialized in order to be able to test
The global variables like the path to the directory of markdown files and the dictionary of
base corporation classes have been internaliazed in the BaseCorporation Class, to make it easy to
create a new dictionary for a limited amount of time an then revert back to the old one
see engine_modules/effects/tests/test_tasks.py

A few more tests to come and the PR should be ready
