Commit Message

Add an ability to fail builds when the coverage fallen to threshold

Added failIfLessThanThresholdError(boolean) and
thresholdError(int) configurations to jacoco/cobertura configuration.
If failIfLessThanThresholdError is set to true and
the coverage of some of the projects has fallen below the
thresholdError value, this plugin will throw GradleException.
By default, this feature is disabled.
