make instructions clearer

during the process the following things bothered me:

* actions *I need to take* are not clearly marked as such (resolved with =>)
* The ```Renuo | Master``` Team does not exists anymore (replaced it with ```renuo```)
* It's not clear which permissions should be given to the team (resolved it with "write")
* There is no explicit indicator,with which user you should connect to the deployment server ;-) (fixed it with "www-data")

I hope I found everything! :)
