Improvements

Use container-based (no sudo) infrastructure
Much, much faster to start a build (almost immediately compared to 5
minutes on the old infrastructure)
OpenResty/LuaJIT are manually compiled
Doing so allows to leverage the container's caching features and tests
can directly start instead of wasting 4/5 minutes installing all the
dependencies every-time
We could also have a matrix for Cassandra versions, and run Kong against
2.1 and 2.2. Or with OpenResty X and Y, all in parallel
Other changes

Disabled a test for the datadog plugin because its behavior varies from
my local machine compared to Travis. I think it should be written in a
better way
Fix a bug in the configuration loading that made it impossible to use a
custom DNS (not dnsmasq)
Remove the now un-needed and not satisfied dependency on Lua 5.1 in the
rockspec
Some code formatting in the specs
Caveats

For now this breaks CircleCI's setup, but if travis is reliable enough,
is Circle still worth it?
Integration tests are run without dnsmasq, as the package is not in
Travis' containers apt-package-whitelist
Some tests are disabled (with a busted tag) in Travis' context (logging
tests with threads) for now
The stub coverage was removed because too many loaded files caused
busted to crash. The coverage might now be higher than it really is
because not all files are unit tested in spec/unit
