Commit Message

Simplified check tools command and bumped version to 1.0

I previously moved code for finding and configuring tools to pyimagediet
since it is generally useful and have now finished transition by calling
its helper method that does the same thing.

Bumped version to 1.0 because it is feature complete and I am not aware
of any bugs.
