Commit Message

Bundle cert.pem with tests

Include cert.pem (from OpenBSD) in the tests folder, use it to run tests.
Enables the tests to run on Windows where the file is not available, and is
consistent accross systems.

Refactored all tests to use the provided cert.pem.
