Add num crate and float generic support

All components now support f32 and f64 input via trait generics.
Because I realized traits support generics, a Filter trait was
created to simplify some documentation and better organize code.
The num create was needed to gain access to the Float trait,
which allows for the generic support between f32 and f64. Also,
updated the readme with some changes to future additions.
