Big refactoring and optimisation of hook handler spawner and client
- Removed proxyquire hell, using clean, asynchronous code
- Gracefully handling handler crashes and kills
- Improved integration test coverage for corner-cases
- Removed console.logging using logger or error messages
- Trying to terminate server first, then killing, waiting for exit, should prevent leaking server process
- Configurable hooks handler spawner and client variables from CLI
- Tested against each hook handler test suites
- Removed stack tracing for non-exceptions in CLI
- 2x faster test-suite
