Fixes for percentile function (#16)

Changes:
- Removed prohibition against a single "percents" value which does not divide evenly into 100
- Include -Inf in the cut points for percentiles when the smallest value in the data appears as the upper boundary for the first (or subsequent) quantiles and the user has requested the closed boundary for each cut to be the "right" or upper side of the boundary. This is to resolve a problem where the data is quite uneven and the first quantile category should only include the smallest value, but because of the definition of the cuts it was incorrectly forcing additional values into the category.
- Updated 8 test cases in "percentile.results.rda" where the data met the criterion in the previous point and so was being cut incorrectly. This amounts to all the test cases where test.case = "counts.data" and side = "right".
