Replaced the nn_activation configuration item with activation_functions, which specifies a list of available activation functions that may be used.
Children now inherit their activation function randomly from one parent.
The original 'exp' activation function is now called 'sigmoid' in configuration files.
Moved report, save_best, checkpoint_interval, and checkpoint_generation configuration from Population.epoch to the constructor.
Removed the checkpoint_file argument to the constructor. Users should now create a Population object and then call load_checkpoint.
Removed nn.create_feed_forward_function as it was mainly added for testing the feed forward network construction.
"Un-factored" the single pole balancing examples, so that it is easier to see what is being done with the NEAT library.
Use ParallelEvaluator in the single pole balancing examples.
