* Add single value cache

Add single value cache, part 1 of #67

Update dependencies

* Reformat

* Add gitattributes to stop mocks and pubspec lock file from being shown

* Also add key-value cache. Fixes #67

* Added additional test to ensure durations are taken into account for key value caches
Updated readme with docs for new feature + typos

* Change ChangeNotifierEx to a class instead of a mixin. This has no impact but does fix our code coverage
