Added reset_on_extinction option to create a brand new population instead of raising a MassExtinctionException when all species simultaneously go extinct.
Updated XOR2 configuration to reduce average number of generations needed to find a solution.
Factored the parallelism out of the xor2_parallel example and added it to the library.
Added tests for new parallel module.
Added TODO.
