Added GitHub Actions CI job. Added package icon. Attempting to enable Source Link and deterministic CI builds. Updated documentation of .NET Framework target version (was increased from 4.5.2 to 4.6.2 because Visual Studio 2022 really can't build 4.5.2). Added coverage reporting to Coveralls. Updated Readme with badges and new features (ManuallyRecalculatedProperty parameterless constructor, ConnectableProperty connecting to constant).
