fix(parser): update ParserFaults.messages (#1170)

Improves two parsing error messages: for maps and type casts.
Also moves some tests to their proper places in the tests/ directory.

To update the `ParserFaults.messages` file, run
```
$ make parser-messages
```

This commit fixes issues #1004 and #938.
