Bug Fixes, Meeting Tweaks, Search Functionality

- Changed pagination styling in main directory template to mirror bulletin
- Removed auto-change to more balanced divs if high level member does not have logo
- Added 'slugify' call to slug construction to solve bug with business with ampersand in name
- Updated logos on directory page to by clickable links
- Separated add and edit link forms to allow pre-loading an initial value of "http://" for new links
- Fixed bug with logical rules mixin where the edit link view was trying to get the member from the get_object method
- Created search/filter form and incorporated into ListView.
- Got dropdowns populating correctly for this form
- Form submission currently redirects to an empty page for some reason. Debugging to follow.
