Fix per-cadence finalizer bugs.

Perpetuate an error if one exists. Sadly, we're swallowing some errors,
finalizer errors, and we should probably not report them if there is a
user error in play.

Work through finalizers in the reverse order in which they where
declared. Imagine you have a resource manager. You want to tell the
resource manager to free a resource. You want to then destroy the
resource manager. So, you register a finalizers after you create the
resource manager. Then you register a finalizer after you allocate the
resource. With reverse finalizers, the resource is deallocated before
the resource manager is destroyed.

There are no longer finalizers inherited between `Cadence` objects. The
`finalizer` property is always a new empty array.
