unpack: clean up promise flow

- use all roots, not just the first
- only untildify in cli.js
- don't hard exit when no files make it through filters
- find and associate covers entirely in makeAlbumFromTrakcs
- unpack tests use tap's support for promise-based tests
- extract toType to separate function and add .cue files
- improve test coverage
