* DS-3873: Update qtype for multi-stat grid question summary tbl

* When dropping both dimensions from a grid question summary tbl with
multiple statistics, the updated questiontype attr. was still a grid
question, leading to an error in nameDimensionAttributes b/c a 1D
tbl was erroneously being said to contain a 2D question

* DS-3873: Fix edge case updating attrs. for multi-stat table

* Fix errors in updateSpanIfNecessary and updateQuestionTypes when
attempting to subset a qTable that was originally a 5D table that
an initial subsetting has reduced to a single dimension of only
multiple statistics

* DS-3873: Rewrite getFallbackQuestionType to use stat. names
