Lbest/container bugfix (#530)

* Initial attempt at changing lexer to support container field.

* Updated parser to
- support optional fields and attributes in any order including tags
- ignore optional fields that are not expected

* Container field removed from metrics and events.
Lexer updated to parse container field but not currently used.
Lexer parsing of unknown fields updated so that they do not fail.
