Flag ignores default value (#103)

* added noDefault flag to arg type and set it to true in the Flag() function

* added test for ignoring default and deleted tests that tested functionality of defaults for flags

* realized I modified the wrong test in the previous commit

* added argType to arg

* flags now ignore a default value of true

* removed noDefault
