Support ES6 Promises by default

- Expose method `setPromiseAPI` for changing/setting the used
  Promise API during runtime
- Add ES6 Promises as the default, if they are available
- Move Q to 2nd place in testing order
- Document `setPromiseAPI` behaviour in README.md
- Increase version to 0.5.0
