Added missing methods to the Server model and a few helper methods

Added the missing reset, start, power_off and shutdown methods to the Server model
Added a Server.all method which will use the Datacenter.all call to receive every Server
Added Server#public_ips and Server#private_ips helpers which will extract the IPs out of the server's nics
