Use stomp.py from source code

Current code base doesn't work with current stomp.py version (4.0.7),
however the fix for it doesn't work because of a bug on that version,
fixed in their master branch.

Since my fix is backwards compatible (and I hope forwards too), just use
their master branch until they released a new version with master code.
