ImportedProjectUtils: Ensure that CMAKE variables get forwarded

Some CMAKE_ namespaces variables aren't in the cache but
are important enough to be forwarded to subprojects
(such as the generators and compilers) so make sure that
they are in the cache before forwarding them.
