Merge branch 'urljoin-again' into 'master'

Fixes content injection problem

When colon is present at URL path urljoin ignores the upstream and the request is redirected to the path itself allowing content injection

Bug can be currently reproduced by accessing: https://softwarepublico.gov.br/social/http://httpbin.org
