Commit Message

Tell coverage to only look at Bio and BioSQL folders.

Seems codecov.io is quite sensible about automatically discarding
many things, but by default still includes our Tests/ folder.

On the other hand, coveralls.io does not filter out all the coverage
recorded against the library dependencies under the virtualenv.

So, we'll call the coverage script with explicit instructions.
