ENH: Grid.point_{x,y,z} attributes

The point_x, point_y, point_z Grid attributes contain the Cartesian distances
of the point from the grid origin for all points in the three-dimensional
grid. The data within these attributes are lazily loaded into memory and
can be reset with the init_point_x_y_z method.
