[+] Adds bearer token authentication for integrations - see ticket 151
[*] Fixes issue in data resolver whereby it resolved partial matches
    within nested objects incorrectly which resulted in the string
    '[Object object]' being used as the replacement value.
[*] Fixes scope of secrets within integrations so they are resolved
    using `$.secret` and not `$.secrets`
