Fix update2to3 not creating the project_keyword table

It turns out update2to3 did not create the project_keyword table, which did
not show up when updating to 3 because at the end of the update we dump
the database content, recreate the database and restore the content.

Not sure many people still use Yokadi with a v2 database, but this fix
makes it possible to update a database from v2 to v8, which makes me happy
:)
