Bug 1095058 - new bisection workflow

Merge branch 'new-workflow'. See commits in there for details.

Basically, mozregression now try to detect merge commits and will bisect
in the origin branch in that case. It will no longer bisect on
mozilla-inbound automatically.

The --inbound-branch option becomes obsolete then so it is removed.

Aliases can be used now (m-i, m-c, inbound, central, ...)
