Add method to import triangulated surfaces into cases

Add the "add_tri_surface" method to cusfsim.case.Case. This allows for importing
CAD models into a case in a geometry-aware manner. Along with the
cusfsim.geometry module, this allows for re-scaling and re-centring surfaces on
import.
