Commit Message

Move the MySQL new_oid table to InnoDB.

This fixes #188.

Benchmarks of adding 1010 objects in 10 concurrent processes show this to be as fast if not faster than the MyISAM approach: 435ms +- 5ms for this, 500ms +- 40ms for MyISAM.

Automatically update any old myisam tables to InnoDB on startup (or refuse to start).
