Log each fault once, keep Quiet silent, and drop the stub sure.gen.go

- Stat faults come back via errors.WithStack instead of erero.Wro, which logs on each invocation; Quiet now stays silent, and the remaining modes log once
- PATH / FILE / ROOT and the Must functions check in Quiet and log the cause once; a missing path now names itself in the message, and errors.Is with os.ErrNotExist keeps on matching
- TestGen moves into osexistpath_test.go, so the one-line sure.gen.go stub goes; tests in ospath that use the generated Must wrapping join existpath_test.go beneath the same build constraint
- Tests now check each function on a present path, a missing path and a path of the wrong type, plus the Might answers and the Must panics
- README: explain how the Exist functions expect a type while IsFile / IsRoot ask, swap the if examples that would panic, fix the feature list; comments state that IsFile accepts each path that IsRoot rejects
- Bump sure to v0.0.4 (regenerated wrappings), must and the test lib; CI matrix adds Go 1.25 to 1.27; each demo ignores its build output
