Add Harvest function to extract mixed-type JSON fields

- Add function prefixes to warning messages (Extract:, Resolve:, Harvest:, etc.)
- Add null value check in Resolve function
- Add Strconv function to simplejsonm/simplejsono/simplejsons sub-packages
- Update dependencies in go.mod/go.sum
- Upgrade release.yml actions (checkout@v6, setup-go@v6, golangci-lint@v9, codeql@v4)
- Update Go version matrix from 1.22-1.25 to 1.24-1.25 matching go.mod
- Update Go version badge in README
- Add API Reference section with function tables
- Add HarvestOption configuration and Strconv usage examples
- Add sub-packages documentation (must/omit/soft modes)
- Add English/Chinese comments to test functions
