Install missing Unity compontens at buildtime

Description
===========

Checking if a unity installation is present on the host system is not
always enough. Some unity tasks need extra _components_ present as well.
The uvm plugin will calculate a list of required components based on the
targets `buildTarget` settings, to keep the number of install requests
and the amount components to be installed as small as possible.

The whole build will fail if the installation of a required component
fails. One install instruction with all required components will be issued,
if the whole installation is missing.

If the `autoInstallUnityEditor` is false no components will be installed
